Coaching

From BDSM to Coaching

In female dominated interactions, it is the goal of the dominatrix to guide the submissive through the experience in a safe non-judgmental space. Her guidance allows the submissive to let go and feel freedom, connect to their authentic self and grow from their experiences. Humanistic psychologist Carl Rogers proposed that in order for humans to bloom like a flower to their full potential, they require the right environment. This environment is one in which they feel safe to self-disclose, are accepted as they are, and feel they are being listened to and understood. He called these environmental requirements on the part of the practitioner genuineness, acceptance, and empathy respectively.

Just as the flower needs water to bloom, I as the dominatrix, coach and guide will be the water to nourish you while providing a safe space for growth.

Coaching programs are available in the following formats;

Coaching Origin

BDSM is a practice that allows us the freedom to explore our physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual selves. BDSM in a sexual context for which it is most known, allows exploration via erotic escapism and kink. BDSM in a coaching context allows for an individual to feel empowered to understand and claim their power, their rights and their agency. The range of BDSM activities is so diverse that a high level of communication is a necessary practice for healthy BDSM interactions. Clear communication allows those involved to be cognizant participants who have clearly negotiated their rights and power dynamics before engaging. The practice cultivates a safe and healthy space for an individual to identify and connect with their personal core needs.

Role Breakdown

In a Dominant/submissive (D/s) BDSM dynamic, the dominant takes over decision-making and attempts to elicit a response that allows the submissive to drift into a simpler state of mind. The submissive is safe to take a break from their social identity, responsibilities, and obligations and surrender to the dominant. The dominant represents the idea of a caring collaborator, akin to a behavioral compass that holds the submissive accountable and guides them to be the best version of themself.
